The buffet and open bar was far more than anyone could imagine, so many options! The Hula School which puts the performance on is impeccable, they really are unique in style and quality based on experience. It was a wonderfully fun experience right off the water.

This was my first Luau, my wife's second. You can tell as soon as you arrive there is a lot of thought and care put into this experience. We were greeted with a shell lei and mai tais. If you want a seat up front and close to the stage, get there early. We were about the 4th in line and we're seated directly in front of the stage which was awesome!! The pre show allows you to interact with part of the luau crew, you can even play the drums. The buffet was great!! I tried lots of new food. The meat was amazing!! First time trying mahi mahi, I was surprised that I liked it because I'm not much of a fish fan. The beef, pig and chicken had the best favor!! You just can't beat fresh pineapple, papaya and watermelon. There was an open bar, the bar crew was super nice!!! Now to the show...the dancers were all amazing! The music was great!! We throughly enjoyed this experience!! The show is under a pavilion which is great with the weather we had while in Kauai. It's rained everyday. Overall we had a great time!!! I would highly recommend attending this luau. Even thou it is next to a huge resort you forget all about that during the show.

We had a great time at the Luau Ka Hikina when on Kauai. It is located in Kapa'a on the grounds of the Sheraton Coconut Beach. The seating and stage area face towards the beach. The food is plentiful and overall excellent. They provide mai tais when you wait to enter and there is an open bar for drinks until shortly before the end. The drinks are rather weak but tasty and with all-you-can-eat-and-drink, this is very enjoyable. The entertainment was great, with excellent dancing, music, etc., and they show was run very well. All together, this can make for a fun evening.

Booked this last minute as other "highly rated" luaus were all full. I gotta say I'm so happy we went here! I've been to a few Luau's and this did not disappoint! The food was great! Staff was very friendly and the entertainment was wonderful! Ps did I mention an open bar ;-)

The family and I attended the Luau Ka Hikina on the grounds of Sheraton Coconuts Beach Resort. I have been to my share of Luau's and I would rate this as the top tier of Luaus. Food was amazing, the entertainment was "classy" versus "hokey", and the service was great. This is a rain or shine Luau, meaning it is located in a covered open air pavilion with good seating. We got there a bit early and it was hot, the staff brought drinks and water to the people waiting. The tickets are all inclusive, but it is encouraged to tip the bartenders. The beach is beautiful and makes for some great couple or family pictures. I was super impressed, there are other Luaus on Kauai and I have been to a few of them, Luau Ka Hikina is still at the top. The only improvement for me is the desert offering, thought it was skimpy, meaning a bit more variety would have been nice. The MC, for the night we were there did a fantastic job, super funny in a good way.

This luau is fairly new - I think opened in April '22, but it has essentially no reviews??? This is frankly an injustice. Entertainment is pretty standard but sincere. However IT HAS AN OPEN BAR PEOPLE!!! OPEN BAR!!! After a few Mai Tais does that really matter???!!! Food is open buffet and DELICIOUS. Ocean views and so very sincere despite being a resort luau. I cannot give this anything except five stars holy hell. Worth every bit of my cashmoney.

Great food and show. Best buffet on the island for sure. Been to a few luaus and this one definitely is the best for food.
